Just a few of the things our PTSA does!
We are thrilled to announce that Popcorn Friday is back! PES students love Popcorn Friday, and so do we! We love seeing the joy on student's faces as we hand over a freshly popped bag of popcorn.
Our largest fundraiser of the year, this is a fun and energetic event in which PES kids run or walk around Strawberry Fields in order to raise money and win prizes. Many hands are needed to work before, during, and after the event.
Our Pay-It-Forward program has helped many families at our school pay for field trips, year books, popcorn friday bags, and much more. We appreciate the many hands who have contributed to keep this program going.
Fundraising Gala
One of 2 annual fundraisers that we host to support our operating budget and fund special projects as needed. This is a FUN adult only evening. Friends, family, and community members are invited to attend.
Family Fun Nights
Fun evening activities for the whole family, sprinkled throughout the year. Examples include school dances, turkey bingo, hot cocoa night and movie nights.
Staff Appreciation
The PTSA honors the PES staff with frequent appreciation. Committee members assist with food prep/donations, set up, take down.
Shoe Box Lunch
Volunteers create individual lunches for one or more staff members based on completed “Lunch Surveys”. Lunches can be homemade or store bought. Creativity is encouraged.
Fall Activity
Families enjoy indoor & outdoor activities, play games, and win prizes. In the past we have had Fall Festivals, Carnivals, a Haunted Walk, and many a Monster Mash!
Back to School Night
A fun night for families to gather, get to know one another as well as the teachers and staff at PES. This event helps start the year off on the right foot.
